Songzio
Spring 2025 Ad Campaign

Jan 2025
For its Spring 2025 ad campaign, luxury fashion house Songzio delivers a masterclass in celestial storytelling, blending avant-garde tailoring with a deep, mythic surrealism. Under the creative direction of Jay Songzio and the visionary team at CGS Studio, the campaign eschews traditional seasonal marketing in favor of an atmospheric, dreamlike narrative. Photographer Cho Giseok captures this vision through a series of cinematic compositions that feel like vignettes from a high-fashion fable. The visual language is defined by high-contrast lighting, intricate 3D renders, and a sophisticated sepia-toned monochromatic palette, allowing the structured silhouettes and layered garments to command attention against dark, star-dappled backdrops. By incorporating surrealist elements—from moss-covered hands and metallic star-shaped facial embellishments to ethereal butterfly motifs—the imagery leans into a highly stylized, conceptual identity. Models HyunJun Kim and Jiajun Zhan inhabit these worlds with a quiet, composed intensity that bridges the gap between folklore and modern luxury. With the expert styling of Jay Songzio and meticulous hair and makeup artistry by Suhyeon Jeon and Ryuna, the project utilizes live-action techniques alongside VFX to construct a world that feels simultaneously ancient and futuristic. This collection stands as a testament to the brand's commitment to artistic innovation, transforming traditional editorial portraiture into a profound exploration of identity, myth, and structural elegance.
