Zara
Spring 2024 Women's Ad Campaign

Mar 2024
Zara has unveiled its Spring 2024 Women's Ad Campaign, a sophisticated exploration of luxury fashion that leans into a highly refined, cinematic aesthetic. Led by the creative direction of Fabien Baron and creative director Karl Templer, the campaign masterfully marries the house's signature polish with a moody, intimate atmosphere. Captured through the lens of legendary photographer Steven Meisel, the series features models Fei Fei Sun, Rosalieke Fuchs, Nyawurch Chuol, and Vivienne Rohner. The imagery excels in its use of deep, earthy color palettes and vintage-inspired interiors, where brass desk lamps and velvet textures create a striking backdrop for modern silhouettes. The execution relies heavily on intentional lighting, moving seamlessly between studio strobe techniques and natural light to emphasize the varied textures of sequins, fine-knit sweaters, and delicate sheer layers. By employing a distinct editorial minimalism, the campaign transforms everyday living spaces into high-fashion portraits defined by chiaroscuro shadows and dramatic contrast. The result is a cohesive, polished visual narrative that feels both timeless and grounded in contemporary luxury. Through the collaboration with agency Baron & Baron, alongside art direction from Brian Kang and associate creative direction from Jieun Lim, the project maintains a sharp, focused identity, ensuring each frame functions as a standalone editorial portrait while collectively reinforcing a season of bold, vibrant, and tactile style.
