Totême
Fall 2024 Ad Campaign

Aug 2024
For the Fall 2024 campaign, Totême leans into a masterclass of restraint, delivering a luxury fashion editorial that prioritizes architectural precision over artifice. Under the creative direction of Elin Kling, the visuals strip away extraneous noise to focus entirely on the interplay between garment and form. Shot by photographer Mikael Jansson, the campaign utilizes a sophisticated blend of studio strobe and natural light to emphasize the tactile quality of the collection, from sharp-shouldered tailoring to voluminous faux fur. The imagery, featuring models Vivienne Rohner, Liisa Winkler, and Nyaduola Gabriel, functions as a high-end commercial study in symmetry and monochromatic color grading. Stylist Camilla Nickerson reinforces this editorial minimalism, ensuring the focus remains squarely on the sleek silhouettes and structural hardware of the leather accessories. By placing the subjects against neutral, seamless backgrounds, the work channels a timeless, polished aesthetic that avoids trend-chasing in favor of permanent style. Each portrait serves as a definitive statement of the brand identity, utilizing clean lines and balanced compositions to elevate the textures of the clothing. This collection of images captures the essence of modern luxury, proving that when the execution is this exacting, a simple, centered studio portrait becomes the most powerful tool in a brand’s creative arsenal.
