Spring 2025 Ad Campaign
Date

Feb 2025

Description

For its Spring 2025 ad campaign, luxury fashion house Ferragamo channels the effortless sophistication of its Italian heritage, grounding its latest collection in the sun-drenched architectural beauty of Tuscany. Under the sharp creative vision of creative director Maximilian Davis and creative director Ferdinando Verderi, the campaign leans into an editorial minimalism that celebrates both heritage and modernity. Shot by photographer Juergen Teller, the imagery favors natural light to accentuate the textures of the season—from the polished sheen of patent leather slingbacks to the matte warmth of weathered plaster walls. Featuring models including Liu Wen, Naori Sumiya, and Diogo Gomes, the project uses a clean, cinematic aesthetic to bridge the gap between historical grandeur and contemporary street-ready style. Stylist Lotta Volkova integrates these luxury accessories, such as structured handbags and ribbon-adorned footwear, into environments that feel both lived-in and meticulously composed. By juxtaposing sleek, high-fashion silhouettes against the rustic textures of stone staircases and vintage floral upholstery, the campaign reads as a love letter to Firenze. This commercial approach underscores the brand’s commitment to artisanal detail, where even the smallest metallic hardware is allowed to shine. Through a series of candid portraits and tight product compositions, the work successfully navigates the balance between aspirational luxury and the tactile reality of the season, creating a cohesive visual language that feels inherently timeless.
