Marella
Summer 2026 Ad Campaign

May 2026
Set against the sun-drenched, rugged beauty of Praiano, Italy, the Marella Summer 2026 ad campaign masterfully blends high-end luxury fashion with an effortless Mediterranean lifestyle. Captured by photographer Carin Backoff, the editorial imagery leans into a crisp, cinematic aesthetic, utilizing natural light to accentuate the textures of both the garments and the dramatic, rocky coastal landscape of the Amalfi Coast. Under the creative direction of Santiago Morayta and Robert Lussier, the campaign captures model Mariam De Vinzelle in a series of compositions that range from intimate, sun-kissed portraits to expansive, high-contrast lifestyle shots. Stylist Margherita Moro curates a look that marries sharp, tailored blazers with fluid, sheer fabrics and statement gold-toned accessories, creating a cohesive visual narrative that feels both sophisticated and inherently breezy. The series makes extensive use of the unique architecture of Casa Privata, where the raw, grey stone surfaces and shimmering blue sea provide a tactile backdrop for the season’s structured handbags and signature prints. By focusing on organic textures and dynamic, wind-swept silhouettes, the campaign succeeds as a quintessential luxury fashion house showcase that prioritizes elegance and refined visual storytelling, effectively bridging the gap between high-fashion editorial polish and the relaxed, sun-drenched allure of a Mediterranean summer.
