Stella Maxwell x Marella
Fall 2025 Ad Campaign

Sep 2025
For the Marella Fall 2025 ad campaign, photographer Zoey Grossman and creative director Donald Schneider orchestrate a masterclass in urban sophistication. Featuring the captivating Stella Maxwell, the campaign leans into the interplay between structured architectural forms and the tactile elegance of high-end fabrics. Set against the iconic backdrop of The Hollywood Roosevelt, the imagery captures a series of editorial lifestyle portraits that masterfully utilize natural light to emphasize both the grit of the cityscape and the refined silhouettes of the collection. Whether Maxwell is framed against the geometric, skeletal white signage of a rooftop or leaning into the semi-transparent reflections of glass, the compositions offer a sharp, graphic quality that feels both contemporary and timeless. With styling by Margherita Moro, the project seamlessly integrates luxe textiles—from heavy leather trench coats and tailored blazers to delicate silk slip dresses—into a cohesive, high-fashion narrative. The technical execution favors crisp, high-contrast shadows and clean lines, creating a visual rhythm that balances the metropolitan bustle of Los Angeles with a sense of effortless, curated stillness. By expertly layering texture and light, the campaign successfully elevates the brand’s commercial vision, resulting in a series of images that feel like an authentic, elevated study in modern luxury fashion.
