The 3 Hosking Place project serves as a comprehensive showcase of modern commercial design, with architecture and interiors executed by Intermain. The space functions as a high-end corporate environment, balancing open-plan workstations with specialized breakout areas and hospitality-focused amenities. Photographed by Daniel Cook, the project highlights a material palette of warm timber veneer, polished marble, and brass detailing. Throughout the various zones, Intermain employs clean, architectural lines and modular layouts, accented by vibrant chromatic interventions—ranging from deep blue tiling to bold orange furniture—that define the professional workspace. Techniques such as long-exposure capture ground the project within its urban context, while internal documentation relies on consistent natural light to emphasize the transition between social lounge settings and structured corporate meeting rooms.
