Hunter Mason's design for Letra House presents a sophisticated approach to hospitality architecture, prioritising tactile materials and an intimate, moody atmosphere. The project features a refined interplay between weathered brick, dark timber beams, and leather, unified by a consistent warm lighting scheme that defines the venue’s dining and bar areas. Photographer Daniel Cook captures the interior through a cinematic, low-key lens, emphasising the architectural depth and the interplay between light and shadow. The execution relies on precise material contrasts, from polished concrete surfaces to the rhythmic geometry of exposed wooden structures and bespoke ambient fixtures.
