Canada Goose
Fall 2024 Ad Campaign

Dec 2024
For its Fall 2024 campaign, Canada Goose masterfully synthesizes the brand’s arctic heritage with a sharpened, high-fashion lens under the creative direction of Haider Ackermann. This project functions as a striking editorial exploration of utility and form, utilizing a recurring split-screen composition that juxtaposes human subjects against the raw, indifferent beauty of glacial landscapes and volcanic terrain. Captured by photographer Willy Vanderperre, the campaign achieves a crisp, high-key aesthetic that highlights both technical apparel textures and the stark minimalism of studio portraiture. The execution relies on a calculated visual dialogue where models, including Ethan Hawke, Julia Nobis, and Suzi De Givenchy, are positioned as conduits for the brand's performance focus. Stylist Tamara Rothstein brings an elevated edge to the layering, while Hair artist Anthony Turner and Makeup artist Lynsey Alexander lean into clean, precise aesthetics that complement the campaign's modern, commercial polish. By bridging the gap between high-fashion streetwear and the rugged reality of the elements through sharp graphic overlays and intentional contrast, the series creates a cohesive narrative of durability. Each frame functions as a study in balance, utilizing natural light and studio strobe techniques to ensure that the technical parka silhouettes remain the focal point. The result is a refined brand statement that manages to feel both deeply rooted in wilderness exploration and entirely at home in a contemporary editorial context.
