Upwork’s brand identity project establishes a visual language defined by bold typography, high-contrast color systems, and vector-based motion graphics. The design overhaul integrates custom illustrations across digital platforms and outdoor media, utilizing a vibrant green palette to anchor the brand's presence as a global work marketplace. The project features a cohesive UI design approach, seen in both digital screen mockups and physical billboard applications. PORTO ROCHA led the graphic design, working alongside illustrators Roberts Rurans, Tania Yakunova, and Martin Nicolausson. These assets leverage clean typography and stylized character work to communicate the scope of the platform’s professional categories.
