Totême
Spring 2024 Ad Campaign

Feb 2024
Totême defines the season with its Spring 2024 ad campaign, a masterclass in editorial minimalism that leans into the brand's penchant for architectural silhouettes and refined luxury. Captured through the lens of legendary photographer Steven Meisel, the series strips away unnecessary ornamentation, placing the focus squarely on the tactile quality of suede, heavy leather, and structured textiles. By utilizing studio strobe lighting to create a soft, even glow against a neutral grey backdrop, the imagery emphasizes the clean lines of the garments, from tailored beige trench coats to sleek, sleeveless shift dresses. Model Ida Heiner embodies this sophisticated aesthetic with a calm, direct gaze that feels both effortless and intentional. The styling, curated by Karl Templer, elevates the collection through deliberate pairings, such as high-waisted cream trousers matched with dark leather belts, while the deliberate absence of background noise ensures the focus remains on the interplay between form and fabric. Hair by Guido Palau and makeup by Pat McGrath further refine this vision, maintaining a natural, polished finish that mirrors the understated elegance of the clothing. By blending commercial precision with an editorial sensibility, this campaign reaffirms Totême as a dominant force in modern luxury fashion, proving that simplicity remains the most powerful tool for capturing the spirit of a new season.
