Description
Kaiser Permanente presents 'Orcas,' a public awareness commercial that explores the support network surrounding prenatal care. The spot features a pregnant woman on a ferry, framing her personal narrative against a backdrop of snow-capped mountains and water. Produced by True Gent with creative direction from agency DNA Seattle, the film balances live-action technique with symbolic animation. Animated orcas appear as a recurring metaphor to illustrate the collaborative nature of a birth healthcare team. The project utilizes a nostalgic aesthetic to ground the narrative, rendered here in a vertical format.
