Johnson&Laird
Brand Identity

Mar 2023
The brand identity project for Johnson&Laird establishes a modular visual system that leans into bold color-blocking and high-contrast typography. Developed through a collaboration between graphic designer Seven and photographer Yuki Sato, the identity uses a saturated palette to unify diverse physical and digital touchpoints. The system features a series of monochromatic collaterals, ranging from spiral-bound notebooks and packaging to office signage and digital interfaces. By utilizing minimalist layouts and precise grid alignments, the work captures a clean, commercial aesthetic that emphasizes both agency information and talent portfolios. Technical executions include high-speed freeze photography for campaign assets and clean, high-contrast graphic design across all print and mobile platforms.
