Leeds City Council · Fostering

Leeds City Council presents this animation as part of a wider public awareness campaign centered on fostering support services for children and young people. The creative execution leverages flat-style vector illustrations to depict everyday moments, including children at play and engaging in family routines. The project was produced by AdSmart from Sky. The visual language relies on a bold, high-contrast palette of reds and yellows to maintain a clear graphic identity throughout the narrative.

Leeds City Council · foster4leeds

Leeds City Council launches the foster4leeds campaign to increase visibility and engagement for local fostering opportunities. The initiative utilises a graphic animation approach, featuring clean 2D vector illustrations that depict a supportive environment for children and carers. Developed in collaboration with agency AdSmart from Sky, the creative centres on flat color fields and smooth motion to communicate available community resources. The project channels a commercial aesthetic through its clear visual storytelling and simplified geometric design.
