Kayak · Big Trip. Small Screen

Kayak’s 'Big Trip. Small Screen' campaign leans into the relatable intensity of travel planning, centering on a comedic commercial spot that captures a trio of friends huddled in a hotel hallway. The narrative follows their focused search for booking options, utilizing a cinematic, live-action technique to elevate the tension of their digital discovery. The project was developed by agency Rethink New York. The execution relies on warm indoor lighting to anchor the humorous tone, emphasizing the contrast between the small-scale interaction of a smartphone screen and the scale of travel planning.

Kayak · Momfluencer

Kayak’s Momfluencer project, developed by Rethink New York, captures a domestic scene centered on the humorous intersection of travel planning and social media performance. The narrative features a woman orchestrating a staged moment for her family, set against a neutral, warmly lit living room interior. Leaning into a cinematic aesthetic, the live-action technique relies on clean composition to highlight the contrast between the protagonist's dramatic performance and her family's detached reactions. The project reflects the travel booking platform's brand voice through this observational lens.
