Pepsi delivers a high-energy narrative with the 'Hungry Kraken' commercial, a spot that blends live-action technique with complex VFX / visual effects to bring a larger-than-life tropical encounter to the screen. The cinematic sequence centers on a group of beach-bound pirates whose discovery of a hidden treasure chest is interrupted by a massive, tentacled sea creature emerging from the surf. Produced by RSA Films with agency creative from the STUDIO NYC and production support by The Roots Production Service, the campaign leans into a chaotic and humorous tone.
