Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center presents 'This Is What We Do,' a brand film that captures the human experience of cancer recovery through a series of intimate vignettes. The project, developed in collaboration with R/GA Americas and Easy Mondays, centres on observational storytelling to frame the resilience of survivors in their everyday lives. Utilizing a cinematic monochrome aesthetic, the film relies on natural lighting and soft focus to maintain an authentic tone. The visuals transition between quiet domestic moments and outdoor scenes, such as a patient at a piano and a parent in a park setting, leaning into an analogue film quality to enhance the emotive portraiture.
