About

MAC Cosmetics presents the We Are Wear 2026 campaign, an editorial beauty project centered on minimalist portraiture. Photographed by Zhong Lin and Olivia Haudry, the campaign features creative direction by Nicola Formichetti, showcasing a diverse cast that includes Aker Ajak, Mikiya Nakano, Doja Cat, Tini Stoessel, Bách Buquen, Olandria Carthen, and Anh Duong. The imagery utilizes a clean aesthetic, characterised by vibrant, solid-toned backdrops that range from deep cobalt blues to warm browns. Each portrait highlights professional makeup artistry by Ngozi Esther Edeme, with lighting techniques that emphasise skin texture and sharp, defined facial features. The campaign leverages a consistent visual language featuring bold, white typography overlays to anchor the brand identity across all assets.
