Island Odyssey Fall 24 marks a transition for Alemais, presenting a collection that leans into the raw, textured environments of the Australian coastline. The campaign, directed by Claudia Rose, positions its subjects against a backdrop of weathered granite boulders, sandy hills, and expansive rural plains. By utilizing natural daylight and golden hour illumination, the imagery emphasizes the intricate embroidery and botanical motifs central to the season's apparel. Photographer Georges Antoni documents the collection through an editorial lens, often employing low-angle perspectives to heighten the relationship between the garments and the rugged landscape. The production aesthetic balances a cinematic road-trip atmosphere with a candid, documentary-style approach to movement. With styling by Caroline Tran, the work integrates hair by Daren Borthwick and makeup by Isabella Schimid, maintaining a cohesive, free-spirited visual language across the series.
