Swiss Museum of Games · Brand Identity

The brand identity for the Swiss Museum of Games, developed by design agency Hymn, establishes a modular visual system built on a rigid grid. The project balances institutional professional aesthetics with a playful graphic language, utilising bold typography and a set of distinct geometric symbols to represent the museum's core activities. Execution spans across digital and physical touchpoints, from environmental signage and architectural billboards to motion-driven social media content and a responsive web interface. The visual language relies on a clean, minimalist approach, incorporating vector-based iconography and modular letter tiles that rearrange to form the museum's identity. This project effectively documents the tactile application of the brand through physical game pieces and printed collateral, set against textured, raw materials.
