Somerset Council · Fostering

Somerset Council's Fostering campaign utilizes a narrative-driven approach to public awareness, centering on an animated children's storybook aesthetic. The work employs a hand-painted watercolor style, featuring anthropomorphic brown bears across diverse natural landscapes to convey its message. Developed by AdSmart from Sky, the project leans into artistic animation and nostalgic textures to create a reflective tone. By utilizing hand-drawn illustrations and soft earth tones, the campaign translates complex social themes into an accessible, traditional storybook format.
