New York Botanical Garden · Brand Identity

The New York Botanical Garden brand identity project serves as a comprehensive overhaul of the institution's visual presence. The work integrates clean, bold typography and graphic blocks across both physical signage and digital interfaces, unifying the landmark's historic architecture with a modern, minimalist design language. Developed in collaboration with Wolff Olins, Sonia Castillo Studio, José de Wal, VEIG BX, and Giacomo Boffo, the project manifests across diverse applications. Editorial layouts, such as the Garden Sprouts magazine, balance natural textures with structured graphic design, while large-scale environmental interventions include billboard displays and custom facade paneling for the Enid A. Haupt Conservatory. The identity leverages a recurring use of natural light and balanced compositions to maintain a cohesive look across print and web environments.
