Neue Nationalgalerie

Neue Nationalgalerie · Brand Identity

The Neue Nationalgalerie brand identity, developed by Stan Hema, establishes a versatile visual system for the cultural institution. Utilizing high-contrast color palettes of yellow, blue, and green, the design employs a bold, sans-serif typographic approach that maintains consistency across diverse physical and digital touchpoints. The project spans from outdoor transit advertising and architectural banners to UI illustration and printed invitations. Each application reflects a clean, minimalist graphic sensibility, incorporating geometric grid lines and large-scale typography to ensure legibility and visual impact within urban environments.
