Michaels · Create the world you want to live in

Michaels captures a spectrum of creative engagement in its latest campaign, 'Create the World You Want to Live In.' The commercial highlights the brand's role within the specialty retail sector by spotlighting diverse individuals participating in hands-on activities ranging from sewing and baking to painting and large-scale crafting projects. Developed by agency OBERLAND, the piece leans into a live-action technique that prioritizes joyful, community-focused interactions. The narrative balances individual focus on craft with collective moments, such as birthday celebrations and group creative sessions, all unified by a warm, natural lighting aesthetic.
