KIHARA

KIHARA · Brand Identity

The brand identity for KIHARA functions as an interdisciplinary hub for music and film talent, developed as a division of Sony Music. The visual system centers on a minimalist aesthetic, utilizing high-contrast typography and bold color blocking to create a versatile framework for digital and physical applications. Creative direction by Robert Jahn and graphic design by Carla Palette define the project through a strict hierarchy of sans-serif type and a consistent grid-based layout. The system incorporates vibrant portraiture and organic logo marks across diverse media, including urban wheat-pasted posters, digital billboards, and UI interfaces. These applications rely on clean lines and graphic presentation to establish a coherent presence across commercial assets.
