KIHARA
Brand Identity

May 2024
The brand identity for KIHARA functions as a comprehensive visual system for music and film curation. Developed under the creative direction of Robert Jahn with graphic design by Carla Palette, the project employs a high-contrast aesthetic characterized by bold sans-serif typography and vibrant color blocking. The identity is built upon a minimalist framework that translates across various mediums, including digital interfaces, outdoor urban displays, and printed collateral. The visual language leverages a series of portrait-led compositions set against solid backgrounds, establishing a flexible system for featured talent. By utilizing minimalist layouts and strategic typography, the work maintains consistency across diverse assets, ranging from album cover mockups to large-scale street kiosks. The system is grounded in a clean graphic approach that integrates both photographic and illustrative elements to represent an international hub for creative talent.
