JOAN Design · Brand Identity

JOAN Design establishes a comprehensive visual language through their 'Brand Identity' project, a series of experimental studies in product and furniture design. The work bridges physical and digital realms, utilizing 3D render / CGI and motion graphics to explore sculptural forms, from metallic household objects to modular seating. Each piece is framed by clean, minimalist layouts that prioritize typographic clarity and negative space. At the core of the identity is a rigorous focus on materiality, where textures—ranging from glossy surfaces to translucent gradients—are presented against neutral backgrounds. The execution relies on high-contrast palettes, including monochromatic red and vibrant primary tones, to highlight geometric interplay. With motion design expertise provided by Vincenzo Marchese Ragon, the project presents a forward-thinking exploration of brand aesthetics and digital interface design.
