Fitzjohn's · Brand Identity

The brand identity for real estate developer Fitzjohn's, executed by DutchScot, translates traditional architectural character into a modern digital and physical presence. The project leans into a minimalist aesthetic, utilizing a sophisticated palette of soft pinks, olive greens, and deep blues to differentiate the property portfolio. The visual language is defined by clean graphic design and typographic hierarchy, spanning across diverse touchpoints including web interfaces, printed brochures, and large-scale environmental signage. By integrating abstract geometric illustrations with structured data visualization and floor plans, the identity system creates a cohesive framework for property marketing. The execution balances precise editorial layouts with tactile, high-quality production materials, including matte-finish paper stock and metallic signage elements.
