Erste Group · Your Spark Can Light Up the World

Erste Group's latest campaign, Your Spark Can Light Up the World, is a cinematic commercial that transports the viewer to a 19th-century European village. Set against the backdrop of 1818, the narrative follows a young protagonist navigating a bleak, post-war environment, captured through a live-action technique that emphasises period authenticity. The film leans into a desaturated palette, with cool, muted tones defining the landscape. These visual choices are anchored by deliberate production design and soft natural lighting, creating an atmospheric, immersive experience for the banking and finance brand. Production was handled by Arts & Sciences, with creative development by Jung von Matt DONAU. Post-production and VFX were managed by Black Kite Studios, while audio elements were provided by Factory Studios and KO Music.
