Charney Companies · Brand Identity

Charney Companies’ brand identity program, developed by JTK Studio, establishes a cohesive visual language for the real estate developer across diverse physical and digital touchpoints. The design system leverages bold, sans-serif typography paired with a refined color palette of cream, charcoal black, and coral red to communicate a contemporary corporate presence. The identity manifests through various environmental and commercial applications, including wheatpasted urban posters, large-scale construction site signage, and architectural banners. The design utilizes a minimalist aesthetic and high-contrast graphic layouts, integrating lifestyle photography and interior case studies to ground the abstract branding in tangible development projects. Beyond environmental assets, the project extends into printed publications and merchandise, such as branded canvas totes. JTK Studio’s approach emphasizes clean lines and structural placement, utilizing hard natural light and textured surfaces to reinforce the tactile nature of the brand’s urban context.
