Cafuné

Cafuné · Brand Identity

The brand identity for accessories label Cafuné centers on a sophisticated interplay between structured leather forms and organic botanical motifs. Developed with design lead Lotta Nieminen, the project establishes a cohesive visual language across packaging, editorial photography, and motion graphics. The collateral leans into a minimalist aesthetic, utilizing tactile paper stocks, emboss and deboss techniques, and a restrained earthy palette of olive and rosewood. Photography by Aleksi Tikkala, Maya Skelton, and Tony Wong highlights the grain and silhouettes of the bags, often juxtaposed with natural floral elements to emphasize the brand’s connection to organic textures and precise craftsmanship. The identity is further articulated through fluid motion graphics and considered typography, balancing clean, commercial layouts with editorial portraiture.
