Brisbane Festival

Brisbane Festival · Brand Identity

The Brisbane Festival brand identity centers on a high-energy visual system characterized by saturated color palettes and organic, abstract illustration. The identity translates across a variety of touchpoints, from large-scale outdoor advertising and digital billboards to printed collateral and merchandise. The design relies on bold, vertical typography paired with fluid motion graphics to maintain a cohesive presence across both physical and digital media. Developed by Bigfish for graphic design, the project integrates work from illustrator Sem Han and motion designer Lee Evans. The resulting aesthetic leans into a clean, commercial visual language that leverages high-contrast backdrops and dynamic, shifting shapes to define the festival’s seasonal messaging.
