Bossa Furniture

Bossa Furniture · Brand Identity

The brand identity for Bossa Furniture establishes a visual language centered on Brazilian contemporary design and mid-century heritage. Designed by U.I.WD., the identity employs a stark palette of black, off-white, and olive green to bridge the gap between archival industrial documentation and modern minimalist retail presentation. Graphic elements incorporate technical specifications and printed paper textures, reflecting a collage-based approach to typography. This aesthetic extends into physical showroom environments featuring polished concrete, exposed conduits, and architectural lighting, where custom lettering and logotype variations serve as the primary navigational cues. The project captures a cohesive synthesis of furniture photography and vector-based catalog layouts, showcasing a mix of seating, ceramic vessels, and sculptural decor. Photography by Leandro Viana, Tiago Chediak, Joe Kramm, and Ana Pigosso documents these applications across digital screens, exhibition signage, and printed guidelines.
