The Old Man

The Old Man · Brand Identity

The brand identity for The Old Man, executed by Oddity, establishes a cohesive visual language that bridges static graphic design and dynamic motion. The project features a clean, minimalist aesthetic, employing layered collage techniques and stark typography to build a distinct brand presence across both print and digital assets. Materiality plays a central role, with editorial-style photography showcasing print finishes like translucent vellum and textured stocks. This is balanced by a series of motion graphic sequences that explore fluid layout adjustments and geometric transitions, utilizing a consistent palette of vibrant blue and red against monochrome backgrounds. The identity system is applied across diverse mediums, ranging from physical signage on stone facades to social media story layouts, ensuring a unified visual expression.
