Peak Development and LaSalle Investment Management · Brand Identity

Peak Development and LaSalle Investment Management present the brand identity for Waterloo House Amsterdam, a real estate project defined by its clean, geometric typographic systems. The collateral spans static commercial assets and motion graphics, grounding the architectural development in a sophisticated, minimalist visual language. Execution across the identity leverages bold vector-style motion design and editorial-focused photography. The visual suite includes large-scale construction hoarding, digital out-of-home displays, and web-ready interface layouts that integrate architectural renders with textured material photography. Jetway oversaw the graphic design and motion production for the project, ensuring a consistent aesthetic across all physical and digital touchpoints.
