Made Index

Made Index · Brand Identity

Made Index presents a comprehensive brand identity system that functions as a curated visual directory for American-made goods. Designed by graphic design studio Cold Cuts, the project balances a tactile physical presence with a highly structured digital interface. The aesthetic leans into a minimalist design language, utilizing clean typography and a neutral palette to foreground the craftsmanship of independent makers. The system integrates varied touchpoints, from embroidered promotional apparel and custom textile labeling to a dynamic web interface. The digital application features smooth motion graphics and a grid-based navigation system that allows users to filter products through categorical tags. The identity maintains a cohesive visual thread through its consistent use of vector graphics, clean UI illustrations, and intentional layout compositions across both mobile and desktop environments.
