Kaolyn · Brand Identity

Graphic designer Chloé Gaillard developed the comprehensive brand identity for Kaolyn, a venture spanning handmade ceramic objects and a coffee house. The visual system leverages a clean, minimalist aesthetic, anchored by bold, stylized typography and a restrained monochrome palette. Central to the identity are graphic silhouettes of ceramic vessels, which appear across various touchpoints—from loyalty cards and packaging to outdoor signage. The project utilizes structured vector layouts and technical grid-based typography to balance the artisanal nature of the pottery with a modern, commercial presence. High-contrast, minimalist photography and motion graphics further define the brand's sophisticated, tactile language.
