Jordan Chan · Visual Identity

This visual identity project for Jordan Chan establishes a comprehensive branding system for real estate applications. Creative directed by Matija Gabrilo, the work emphasizes structured typography and modern minimalism to build a cohesive corporate presence across print and digital touchpoints. The collateral spans stationery design, including business cards and letterheads, alongside a detailed identity manual that outlines color palettes and typographic specifications. The aesthetic relies on a refined monochrome color story and geometric monogram layouts that leverage negative space for clarity. From email signature mockups to outdoor stationery photography, the project utilizes clean lines and grid-based compositions to maintain consistent brand architecture. The visual language favors a functional, editorial approach suitable for professional real estate environments.
