Jackalope · Doot Doot Doot & Flaggerdoot Campaign

The Doot Doot Doot & Flaggerdoot campaign for Jackalope serves as a visual exploration of refined hospitality and culinary artistry. Photographed by Rebecca Newman, who also served as creative director, the series balances intimate, studio-based food photography with expansive lifestyle scenes set against a vineyard backdrop. The studio imagery leans into moody, chiaroscuro lighting to elevate gourmet canapés, cocktails, and plated entrees. By employing a deep, dark palette and tactile ceramic surfaces, the work emphasizes the sophisticated textures of the ingredients and plating. Conversely, the lifestyle photography captures the atmosphere of outdoor leisure, featuring sun-drenched pool decks and dining vignettes that integrate the restaurant’s menu with the surrounding landscape. The project maintains a cohesive aesthetic through deliberate natural light and clear, minimal compositions that highlight the relationship between high-end gastronomy and its environment.
