Gubi

Gubi · Branding

Palermo Studio develops a refined digital brand identity and e-commerce experience for Gubi, the Danish furniture and lighting house. The project reimagines the brand’s online presence through a clean, minimalist interface that prioritizes archival product storytelling and structural clarity. The UI design leans into an editorial aesthetic, utilizing significant negative space and a typographic hierarchy that pairs sans-serif headers with italicized serif details. Throughout the retail digital experience, studio product photography is integrated with technical specifications to bridge the gap between high-end furniture design and functional utility. Techniques including UI illustration and intentional typography frame the collection, ranging from the Turbo Pendant to the Masculo lounge chair. The layout supports both mobile and desktop environments, creating a consistent commercial framework that elevates Gubi's portfolio of designer pieces.
