Gowings

Gowings · Brand Identity

Gowings establishes a refined visual language through a comprehensive brand identity project for the restaurant sector. The work leans into tactile materiality, utilizing a diverse palette of red, olive green, and yellow paired with clean, minimalist layouts. The identity features sophisticated print craftsmanship, including blind deboss techniques and embossed typography that create depth across menus, gift vouchers, and custom coasters. The art direction emphasises a polished, editorial approach to food and hospitality, captured through natural light and high-contrast surface textures like marble and leather. Graphic design was led by Toben, with photography provided by Buffet and Nick De Lorenzo. Print production for the project was managed by Lisa McCulloch.
