W Magazine China’s editorial project, Grace in Motion, presents a series of fashion portraits featuring models He Cong and Lina Zhang. Captured by photographers Inez and Vinoodh with creative direction from Audrey Hu, the series explores equestrian-inspired aesthetics set against both indoor arena environments and historic architectural backdrops. The editorial styling, overseen by Max Pearmain, integrates structured autumn outerwear, corduroy jackets, and knitwear with traditional riding attire. Each composition utilizes natural light and warm, cinematic tones to emphasize the textures of the subjects' garments and the surrounding stable landscapes. Hair styling by James Pecis and makeup by Lisa Butler provide a clean aesthetic, grounding the project’s editorial focus.
