W Magazine China presents 'Body Shaping,' a fashion editorial feature centered on avant-garde silhouettes and sculptural tailoring. Photographed by Zhong Lin, the project explores the interplay between tactile textures and rigid, structural forms through a series of studio portraits. The series features model Tanya Churbanova, styled by Austin Feng, in a diverse range of ensembles characterized by exaggerated ruffles, high-collared knitwear, and defined pleating. With makeup by Yooyo Keong Ming, the imagery shifts between high-contrast monochrome, low-key chiaroscuro, and warm, soft-lit palettes to emphasize the sharp, minimalist contours of the garments.
