Telstra leans into tactile storytelling with this stop motion animated commercial. The project centres on a miniature agricultural landscape, utilising detailed model craftsmanship to build a whimsical scene of a farmer and sheep set against a stylized, painted backdrop. The narrative transitions from this intimate, handmade aesthetic to a wider perspective of the continent, eventually zooming out to reveal satellite infrastructure in Earth orbit. Produced in collaboration with Passion Animation Studios, the piece integrates cinematic framing and clean art direction to highlight the scale of the brand’s network reach. Creative agency partners Bear Meets Eagle On Fire and +61 led the development, with VFX work from Stone Dogs and sound design by Rumble Studios.
