This sports campaign for Nike Basketball marks the launch of the Giannis Freak 7, blending performance-focused product photography with an energetic, manifesto-driven visual identity. Art-directed by Matija Gabrilo, the project spans high-contrast lifestyle portraiture and detailed macro shots that emphasize the footwear’s technical construction and vibrant orange-and-black colorway. The visual language leans into a raw, moody aesthetic, utilizing action-oriented photography and grainy live-action techniques to capture the intensity of the court. Complementing these dynamic athlete features, the campaign integrates graphic typography and collage-style layouts, creating a bold visual system that ties the product to its "Freak Like Us" narrative.
