Monotype Brand Identity 2024

About

Monotype’s brand identity project explores the intersection of music culture and experimental graphic design. The project centers on custom typography and bespoke record label aesthetics, utilizing varied visual techniques including long exposure, 3D render / CGI, and surrealist composition. Throughout the collection, the work leans into a gritty, high-energy atmosphere, blending monochrome palettes with saturated, neon-infused textures. The identity system moves across diverse formats—from industrial studio settings to outdoor landscape photography—while consistently anchoring its visual language in technical, vector-based design elements.
