Hermes
Spring 2025 Ad Campaign

May 2025
The Hermes Spring 2025 ad campaign serves as a masterclass in luxury fashion house branding, blending high-end editorial minimalism with a touch of the surreal. Under the visionary creative direction of Agnes Lloyd-Platt, the project leans into a vibrant color palette that pushes beyond traditional luxury tropes, utilizing saturated, uniform backdrops of red, orange, and blue to make every accessory pop. The imagery, which spans from crisp studio portraits to conceptual still lifes, finds a harmonious balance between the mechanical precision of studio strobe lighting and the soft, organic texture provided by natural light. Stylist Laetitia Leporcq weaves together equestrian motifs and botanical elements, with orchids and tulips frequently framing models to create an intimate, dreamlike depth. Hair by Christian Eberhard and makeup by Adrien Pinault maintain a clean, polished finish, allowing the complex textures of silk scarves, structured leather bags, and graphic patterns to remain the primary focus. Throughout the campaign, the interplay of graphic lines and whimsical, floating arrangements—such as legs suspended against the sky or leather goods nestled in forest moss—channels a playful yet refined aesthetic. By combining fine art sensibilities with commercial clarity, the campaign captures the quintessential spirit of Hermes, presenting a collection that feels simultaneously grounded in heritage and elevated by modern, surrealist composition techniques.
