Gucci presents the La Famiglia 2025 collection, a series of editorial portraits that reframe the classic fashion lookbook as a gallery-style exhibition. Captured by photographer Catherine Opie, the campaign showcases a diverse cast of models positioned within elaborate, ornate metallic and wooden picture frames. Each portrait features a brass engraved nameplate, lending a narrative, character-driven quality to the presentation of the new collection. Creative design for the project was led by Demna, whose direction emphasizes structured silhouettes, tailored outerwear, and shimmering embellishments. The styling, accented by the work of hair stylist Guido Palau and makeup artist Sam Visser, ranges from minimalist, monochromatic tailoring to dramatic evening wear featuring voluminous feather trim. Through the lens of soft, diffused studio lighting and a clean, neutral backdrop, the campaign adopts a polished, retro-inspired aesthetic that elevates each garment into a curated, static work of art.
