Brand Identity
Date

Dec 2021

Description

Château Picoron’s brand identity project centers on a tactile, editorial approach to wine packaging, balancing artisanal craftsmanship with minimalist design. Developed by OlssønBarbieri, the identity leans into a clean, typographic-focused aesthetic, integrating recurring slanted text and expressive details that highlight the production process. Illustrations by Jochen Gerner provide a whimsical, hand-drawn layer to the labels, while photography by Anne Valeur anchors the project in an organic, worldly context. Shot on analogue film using natural light, the visuals emphasize the raw textures of stone, fresh produce, and weathered surfaces, elevating the bottles as both functional products and artistic objects.
