Scottie Cameron, Director, Los Angeles

Description

A gravity-defying vertical tower of household objects and accessories floats surrealistically in the doorway of a domestic hallway. A wooden spindle-back chair rests at an impossible tilted angle, supporting a horizontal broomstick draped with miniature handbags. Above the broom balanced on another handbag sits a cereal box, topped by a pink handbag, a green case, a toaster, and a small plate with a bun. The scene is shot with natural lighting in a minimalist interior with white tiled floors and white walls. The composition creates a whimsical, floating illusion without digital manipulation apparent in the staging.
